Updated PDF
The PDF I exported from my markdown editor was a bit janky, so I decided to lay it out in InDesign.
It fits on 8 5.5x8.5" pages, which makes it simple to print as a booklet on 2 sheets of letter-size paper in Adobe Acrobat:
